Our Cacau with Katsarau Rapè comes from the Huni Kuin indigenous community of Acre, Brazil.
Katsarau is a plant that adds a sweet aroma. The Huni Kuin tribe say that Katsarau helps cure Nisū. Nisū is when someone is not feeling well physically & energetically. Also when someone has trouble sleeping or can’t focus.
This blend is one of my favorites. It has a powerful energy that I find is very balanced. When meditating with this medicine, I have had some powerful experiences. The medicine allows me to be present and grounded. One time, I had a very powerful moment with the medicine. As a white male, I struggled to connect with my culture. I had always felt that I was part of an oppressive group historically. With this medicine, I listened to the music of my European culture.
